Where can I actually see the work?
All "Exclusive's" and In-Stock items can be viewed upon appointment only, although most in stock items are current stock and do not usually require inspection or private viewing. These pieces are showcased online and images can be enlarged during the purchase process.
Can my work be submitted for review?
Yes, We love to see new work and will try to respond to all submissions, However we recieve a large number of submissions and cannot respond to all submitted works.
How can I be considered for an interview?
Interviews take place on a per artists basis and although we would love to share new art with all of our readers, we cannot take requests for interviews at this time. Interviews are done strictly with featured and contributing artsts.
Can you and / or will you find me work(s) by a specific artist?
We do private consults on a per client basis and have a catalog of pieces not currently available online, for specific pieces from an artist that may not be featured please contact the gallery directly info_artasylumboston.com.

Do you have a Payment plans?
Art Asylum will gladly take partial payments / Deposits. For item's priced over $1,500 USD there is a 10% non-refundable deposit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is pre-calculated in the shopping cart for both Domestic and International orders.There are many different items, sizes and weights. If you feel the shipping is excessive, please email us at info_artasylumboston.com and we will try to find a shipping solution. Please note all international orders must follow applicable shipping terms (see below)
How long will it take to ship my order?
All order's are processed within 48 hrs. Work from current shows will be dispatched at closing of exhibition. All item's in stock will be packaged and dispatched within 2 days. When shipping USPS please note time in transit may vary.
International shipping terms.
We use only Express Mail International shipping, originating with U.S. Postal Service. This service is trackable. All items will be shipped with insurance for the full value. Therefore this is the amount that needs to be declared on customs forms. All packages require a customs form with the declared value. Recipient will be responsible for any customs fees incurred in the country of import. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage during transit but will assist in filing a claim for the insured amount.
How do I make a purchase From Art Asylum?
Almost all item's are linked to a shopping cart. Just click on the "Buy Now" Button and add to cart. Follow the steps from there. If your item say's "Inquire" then you may use the contact form and we will respond with a price and availability. Once your item has been confirmed we will send you an invoice to be paid via email.
What if I need help with checkout?
You may E-mail the gallery directly at sales_artasylumboston.com and we will respond to your inquiry promptly.
Return Policy!
Art Asylum Boston only accepts returns on Products damaged due to shipping. Damaged products may be returned for a replacement (where applicable) or partial refund as most items are limited editions or one of a kind. Please contact us immediately after receipt if your shipment has been damaged. If not contacted within 3 business days of receiving a damaged product then sale is final. All special orders and other sales are final.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our shopping cart . Also Wire transfers, Money orders, and Cashiers checks are accepted. Sorry but we DO NOT accept Paypal!
